Simple, yet lovely. I love it and am going to try it very soon. Thanks so much for inspiring me to try home decor!
ReplyDeleteAww, thank you so much! It's always nice to hear someone enjoys your patterns!
ReplyDeleteI plan on trying this one very soon also. Great pattern and easy!!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I made a couple of these for Christmas gifts and they were very much appreciated I think. It's a quick pattern too with the yarn held double.
ReplyDeleteGreat Cushion cover! I'm a 3rd year PhD student in Applied Mathematics @ North Carolina State University. I took up knitting for the same reasons!!!! We have a lot in common. Thank you for sharing your great designs!
ReplyDeleteThanks Brikita! Cool, what is your PhD about? Seems like a lot of maths people take up knitting, at conferences there's always a good group of us!
ReplyDeleteHello, I am a beginner knitter and found your great pattern on Raverly. I would like to make this cushion cover but a bit scared of helding double the yarn. Do you think it will still look good if I try with single yarn but 8 ply?
ReplyDeleteMany thanks,
Melanie
Hi Melanie,
DeleteYes, as long as your gauge is the same that would work fine!
Thanks for your question!
Hi - in the instructions I am wondering what 'kt' means in the following line:
ReplyDeletek1 k2tog tbl k6 yo kt tog k17 yo k2tog tbl k6 k2tog k1
Thanks!
Oops! kt tog should read k2tog. Sorry about that and thank you very much for spotting the mistake!
