Mountain Everlasting Sweater


A classic fitted sweater with sheer and solid stripes. We alternate between airy, lightweight mohair silk lace yarn used by itself and held together with a buttery soft 4ply blend of merino and silk. This sweater is light as a feather, like wearing a fluffy cloud, but it certainly excels at keeping the chill at bay!

Etive Cowl

Yak Hat

A slouchy lace beanie hat knitted in luxury yarn. The pictured yarn is handspun yak down, but I have suggested a commercially available alternative. The lace pattern is very simple to knit, but it’s one I really love. I’ve given both written instructions and a chart.






Heron Cardigan

A classic cabled cardigan in luxury yarn. Featuring a longer length style and chunky garter stitch edgings to keep you cosy. This cardigan is worked top down with raglan sleeves. Stitches round the front edges and neck are picked up and worked in garter stitch. Charts and written instructions are given for the cabled sections. To fit bust 32” (34”, 36”, 38”, 40”, 42” 44”).





Kekomi Cowl

This is a very simple lace pattern using big needles so it’s an incredibly quick, but impressive, knit. Perfect gift material! The yarn used is my handspun baby camel and silk. It’s a lovely choice if you’re a handspinner, baby camel down is much cheaper than cashmere but feels just as soft. I’ve recommended a commercially available yarn as a perfectly suitable substitute though.






Snowcloud Cardigan

Buachaille Scarf

A cosy winter classic. Knitted up in chunky Bluefaced Leicester yarn for warmth and comfort. This is an easy knit, but lace stitches and cables keep it interesting. This design uses “fake cable” stitches – they’re much easier than using a cable needle but practically indistinguishable! Full instructions for all stitches used are included in the pattern.

Lace and Cable Mitts

This is a knitting pattern for a gorgeous pair of armwarmers in a lace and cable pattern, with fisherman’s rib on the palm. These are very cosy, knitted in a supersoft cashmere blend yarn. Having said that, any aran/worsted weight yarn would do - substitute your favourite! They would make an ideal gift, or a special treat for yourself.





Avena Cowl

A beautiful lace cowl in a lovely fuzzy yarn. An understated lace design which could be dressed up or down, it would go equally well with jeans and a t-shirt as with evening dress. The pattern is simple and elegant, pretty but not too fussy.
